Refund policy

Furniture

We do not accept returns for any of our Made to Measure Units as they are Made to Order for each customer, however this does not effect your rights to claim if any of the items have a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

Sanitary Ware

If you decide that you do not want the items, returns will be accepted up to 7 days from receipt of order and subject to a 25% restocking charge on goods that apply.

Your refund (excluding postage costs) will be made once the items are returned in the original packaging at your own cost.
