Express Dispatch

We offer an express dispatch service, where we can produce the furniture within 3-5 working days, this process can start from the point of order (if ordered before 11am, otherwise the first working day will start the following working day). It then takes a further 1-3 working days in transit depending on your location. Please contact 0121 733 6841 for more information or to add express prior to ordering.

Due to volume of orders please contact our team prior to purchasing to ensure express dispatch is available for your listing, larger sizes or multiple furniture sets.

For Standard Fitted Range, prices start from £90.
For all other Ranges, prices start from £120.

(Please note the express dispatch service prices does not include the delivery charge, this would be an additional charge which would be stated on the listing)

Delivery Charges

UK Mainland £60 Per Pallet
If you live outside UK Mainland, please contact us for prices on delivery.

Collection

Collection of goods is available from our showroom at Bluewater Bathrooms & Kitchens Solihull, this would need to be pre-arranged with our team.

Change of Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are up to date before ordering.
Due to PayPal rules and regulations, we are unable to change the delivery address from the one you submit on checkout.

Our Couriers

The couriers deliveries are usually made between the hours of 9.30am to 17.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please ensure your eBay details are correct and a VALID DAYTIME CONTACT NUMBER & CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS IS SUPPLIED prior to ordering.

Failure to provide VALID DAYTIME CONTACT NUMBER may delay your delivery and you could be charged if require re-delivering

 

Pallet Deliveries

Due to insurance restrictions all pallet deliveries are curbside delivery only and will also need to be signed for. Please ensure you have made prior arrangements to help get your goods into your property. The courier drivers will not unpack the pallets and take goods into your property.

Any discrepancies or breakages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods
